Please assist us as we help form faithful Catholics and share the Good News of the Gospel with all who will listen.

Catholic Spirit Radio is a listener-supported ministry of the laity. We do not receive financial support from EWTN, the diocese in which we transmit, or our parishes. We have a current annual operating budget of about $75,000 per year, thanks to the generosity of our listeners. With five active radio transmitters (Ellsworth, 89.5 FM; Bloomington, 92.5 FM; Lincoln, 97.1 FM; Pontiac, 88.3 FM; and DeKalb-Sycamore, 89.1 FM), we need to raise nearly $19,000 every quarter just to meet our operating needs.

The case for recurring giving.

Generous donors make it possible for Catholic Spirit Radio to conduct our mission of helping to form faithful Catholics and evangelize all other who listen. But, did you know, only about 8% of our listeners donate to the support of this station? Of those who do donate, only about 15% give monthly. These donors have set up recurring giving using their credit or debit cards, and their smaller monthly donations become larger annual donations.

Did you know that you can start recurring giving on this web page by donating as little as $5 per month? This would result in a $60 donation over the course of the year. If every listener donated just $5 per month or $60 per year, we would generate over $100,000 per year! This would exceed our current annual operating budget substantially and would allow us to establish one new radio station each year!

Please consider a monthly donation of $5, $30, or $100 per month. Please also give thought to matching gifts and major and planned giving as well. And remember, Catholic Spirit Radio is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, owned and operated by the laity. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
